The original June plan, shifted to early spring. Skinopi Lodge closed entire window, sea 14-17°C (no swim), Polco catamaran day collapses, Borgo Santandrea opens ~April 14. April 10-23 is the only viable window — and even then this is a re-engineered version, not the original.

At Le Sirenuse, Positano. Four hundred candles hand-lit nightly. Lemon risotto with capers. The quietest peak in the set — beautiful but indoor; the drama of the original June trip — sunset light off Capri — is gone in April.

Day 1 Travel

Athens → Milos

Land Athens AM. Black-car to Piraeus. Seajets Champion Jet to Milos (2h35m, business). Settle in at Milos Cove.

Day 2 Rest

Milos · slow day

Pool morning. Light lunch on the terrace. Drive into Pollonia for an early dinner at Armenaki — grilled octopus, walking weather only.

Day 3 Highlight

Sarakiniko + Plaka sunset

Slow morning. Lunch in. Drive to Sarakiniko at 16:00 for the lunar landscape in golden hour. Continue to Plaka village. Sunset at the Kastro. Dinner at Archontoula.

Day 4 Cultural

Milos · hike Plaka→Klima

Hiking trail from Plaka down through wildflower hills to Klima fishing village. Late lunch at one of the fisherman's houses. Back to Milos Cove for the sunset.

Day 5 Travel

Milos → Athens → Naples → Praiano

Big transit day. Sky Express MLO→ATH morning. Aegean ATH→NAP midday. Benvenuto Limos Mercedes V-class to Praiano. Borgo Santandrea has just opened (Apr 14-15). Check in by sunset. Marinella for an in-hotel dinner.

Day 6 Highlight

Praiano · Ravello at dusk

Slow morning. Driver to Ravello at 17:00. Villa Cimbrone gardens — wisteria peak. 20:30 Rossellinis 1-Michelin at Palazzo Avino · garden champagne first (er — sparkling water).

Day 7 Cultural

Pompeii (cool air)

Driver to Pompeii (better in April than June — cool, fewer crowds). Private guide. Lunch at L'Antica in Pompei old town. Back to Praiano in the afternoon.

Day 8 Highlight

Mamma Agata cooking class

Driver to Ravello at 10:00. Mamma Agata cooking class — demo + lunch on her terrace, the famous lemon cake. Back to Praiano by 16:00. 20:00 Il Refettorio 1-Michelin at Monastero Santa Rosa · cliff-edge terrace.

Day 9 Highlight

Casa Angelina private dinner

Pool morning. Couples spa treatment at Casa Angelina. Walk through Praiano village. Private cliffside dinner at Casa Angelina — replacing the original wine-tasting evening with a quiet candlelit moment.

Day 10 Cultural

Lemon-grove drive · Atrani

Driver to Atrani for breakfast in Piazza Umberto I. Lemon-grove walk above Minori. Lunch at La Botte. Afternoon at Fiordo di Furore bridge. Back to Praiano. Quiet dinner.

Day 11 Highlight

Positano walk + La Sponda

Drive to Positano in the morning. Walk down the stairs (one-way). Lunch at Chez Black on the beach. Walk back up via a different stair. 20:30 LA SPONDA at Le Sirenuse · 400 hand-lit candles indoor (sunset's already past in April — the drama is the candles).

Day 12 Rest

Praiano · last slow day

Pool. Casa Angelina glass elevator down to Il Saraceno beach platform. Slow lunch. Final-night casual dinner at Marinella.

Day 13 Travel

Departure

Driver to NAP (~90 min). Optional 90-min Herculaneum stop on the way (smaller than Pompeii, far less brutal). NAP → connection home.
